PROM Program Registration

Consent to the processing of my personal data by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange under the programme entitled PROM, as well as by the Bydgoszcz University of Science and Technology named after Jan and Jędrzej Śniadecki, for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process, implementing and settling my participation in academic exchange under the NAWA programme entitled PROM, including in particular for the purpose of:

1. evaluation of application documents,
2. organisational contact,
3. implementation of academic mobility,
4. monitoring and evaluation of the programme.

The legal basis for the processing of data is Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

I also give my consent to the processing of my personal data exceeding the scope required by applicable law, contained in recruitment documents and provided during the implementation of the programme.

I declare that:

1. I have been informed of my right to access the content of my personal data, to rectify, erase, restrict the processing thereof, to data portability, and to object,
2. I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal,
3. the provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the recruitment process and the implementation of academic exchange under the NAWA programme.
